New Gelato Collection: Spring 2026 Has Arrived

Gelato season has arrived at The Creamery Stone & Boba, and this year's spring collection is the most ambitious we've ever created. Drawing inspiration from Italian gelaterias and the fresh flavors of the Texas spring landscape, our gelato team has developed six flavors that we're genuinely proud to put on the menu.
The Spring 2026 Gelato Collection
- Pistachio di Sicilia — Made with imported Bronte pistachios from Sicily, Italy. Deeply nutty, slightly sweet, and absolutely authentic.
- Limoncello Sorbet — A dairy-free, intensely citrusy sorbet with the brightness of lemon and a hint of herbal sweetness. Palate-cleansing and refreshing.
- Stracciatella — Our spin on the Italian classic. Sweet cream gelato with delicate shards of dark chocolate folded throughout.
- Hazelnut Praline — Roasted Texas hazelnuts with caramelized praline brittle. Rich, indulgent, and deeply satisfying.
- Peach Bellini Sorbet — Inspired by the classic cocktail. White peach purée with a light sparkling note. Dairy-free and absolutely gorgeous.
- Tiramisu Cream — Mascarpone base, espresso swirl, cocoa dusting. The most requested flavor from our regulars — and now it's permanent.
All gelato is served at the authentic Italian temperature of -11°C for the silkiest texture possible. Stop by and taste the difference.
